I’m Tara
And this space is where I began again, but this time…without trying to fix myself.
For a long time, my life revolved around trying to feel better.
Protocols. Supplements. Books. Appointment after appointment.
I even had “pill packing nights” just to organize everything I was taking.
From the outside, it looked like I was doing everything right.
But underneath it all, I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and quietly consumed by the search for answers.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but I had learned to override myself.
In my body. In my choices. In the way I was living my life.
There was also a point where my life just… didn’t feel like mine.
A career that didn’t fit.
Losing myself in relationships.
Pushing through, showing up, doing what I thought I was supposed to do.
From the outside, everything looked fine.
But internally, I see now, I felt disconnected from myself.
My path into wellness didn’t start as a passion.
It started as a way back to myself.
Yoga was the first shift, a soft return into my body, into presence, into something that felt like me again. That opened the door to exploring and training in different modalities — health coaching, meditation, breath work, tapping, and more.
I learned a lot.
I experienced a lot.
Some of it truly supported me.
And some of it… didn’t.
At a certain point, I realized something I couldn’t unsee. I wasn’t just healing, I was stuck in the cycle of trying to heal.
Always searching.
Always adjusting.
Always thinking the next thing would be the thing.
And that’s where everything began to change.
This work is not about fixing your body. It’s about coming back to it.
It’s about learning to listen instead of override. Trust instead of follow rules. Choose yourself in real time.
I’ve explored and trained in many different approaches over the years, and they all supported me in different seasons. But what matters most to me now isn’t the tools.
It’s what they pointed me back to. Myself.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of:
loving your body without needing to change it first
ending the constant search for “what’s wrong”
and learning how to not abandon yourself in your everyday life
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about choosing yourself, living well, and feeling good. In a way that’s actually yours.
