Earlier this year I became certified in Gala Darling’s GDM Tapping training, and now I get to share this powerful (and surprisingly fun) technique with you.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often just called tapping, is like acupuncture without the needles. You gently tap on specific points on your face and body (energy meridians) while speaking phrases that acknowledge how you feel.

Tapping sends calming signals to your nervous system (especially the amygdala, your brain’s “alarm bell”).
It helps release stuck emotions and old patterns.
It combines the best of East-meets-West: mindfulness plus body-based healing.

Stress relief on demand — cortisol (your stress hormone) can drop significantly after a tapping session.
Anxiety and worry — it calms racing thoughts and gives your body a reset.

How a Session Works
When we tap together, we’ll:
Identify the issue and what's been coming up for you - maybe stress, fear, cravings, or a block you’re ready to shift.
Rate the intensity - on a 0–10 scale, so we can track changes.
Tap through points - top of the head, eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collarbone, under arm, wrists
Check in and shift - see what’s shifted and what feels lighter.
It’s simple, empowering, and once you learn it, you can use it anytime, anywhere.
